Due to the nature of fragrances, all sales are considered final once opened or used. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Requests for returns must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and must include proof of the issue. Approved refunds or replacements are processed after inspection and verification.

Items returned without prior approval or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
